Day 19: Colorado- USAFA and Olympic Training Center
HEY Y’ALL!
(Carson & Kate typing here!) We woke up to a beautiful sunrise at the Custer YMCA, in South Dakota! We got ready super fast and loaded up onto the bus to sleep for a good 2 hours before our first rest stop, back in Wyoming. Then we ate some honey buns, apples, and bananas from the Sleepy cooks for breakfast!
(This is Katelyn now I stole the computer!) On this spectacular travel day we played many games some of our favs being hot take and most likely to! Today was full of laughter and naps as we made are way to Colorado! We had a very scrumptious lunch of sandwiches and our favorite off brand Oreos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now passing it over to the AMAZING Tucker!!

Tucker reporting from the cockpit!!! We got the chance today to see the Air Force Academy! We got lucky today because the cadet that gave us a tour went on TWB before (she was on MC's trip in 2018, how cool)! we got the inside scoop on a day in the life of a cadet—marching, studying, and probably sneaking in a bit of fun too! The campus was straight out of a movie, all grand and historic. Of course, we had to snag some souvenirs from the gift shop.
Next on our adventure agenda: Colorado Springs and the Olympic Training Center! We got the chance to unleash our inner champion status and dive into the heart of Olympic greatness. Who knows? We might even snag a few gold medal-worthy tips along the way! Stay tuned for the thrill ride ahead!

Hey hey, it's Mylee and Autumn reporting live from the epicenter of athleticism—the Olympic Training Center! We were divided into two squads for an exclusive tour of this powerhouse campus. First up, we scoped out the shooting center—target practice, anyone? Then, we worked our way up to the wrestling building, feeling like bona fide contenders.
We strolled past the Olympic-sized swimming pool (serious envy there!) and caught some intense 3v3 hoops action in the gym. Checking out the medical and recovery hub was like peeking behind the curtain of champions, and the gym? Let's just say, we saw enough weights and equipment to thrill any fitness enthusiast!
Wrapping it all up in style, we struck our best poses for a photo op by the Olympic training sign—because if you don't snap it, did it really happen?

Breanna has made her entrance! Right now we are at Colorado College where we will be bedding down later tonight. As of right now, we are enjoying each others company as our days on TWB come to an end :(
Playing games in the grass, rehearsing our amazing dance routines, and concluding the final touches! Thanks to KS and Dallas, we are being treated tonight with PIZZA! That smell of marinara sauce and cheese is calling our name!!!

Yum, yum, yum, that pizza hit the spot!!!! With full bellies and grateful hearts, we now head inside to perform our beloved dances that we all have been working so hard to perfect. The song we all danced to was “Dance the Night Away” from the Barbie movie (the Kids Bop version to keep it PG of course).
The Sneezy’s blew away the competition with their snotty… we mean incredible performance tonight! A jump scare ending from the one and only George Current! Dallas even stopped recording the video, but it was all a part of the performance and had everyone laughing! The staff even performed a special routine for us (they were the real winners) Any who, time to shower because boy do we stink! We have loved blogging with you!

After the dance competion many of went to shower but some chose to have a dance party! KS and Mary led us in many different dances! Dallas then told us we could play basketball and table tennis! The night was filled with so much fun!
