Hey, folks!
It's the Sneezy's coming at you from the back of the bus at 9:30 PM, live and direct from the beautiful state of Wyoming! Today we were up bright and early at 5:30 to make a sneaky getaway from the relentless Cottonwood trees of Bear Lake (if you know, you know).
Our chefs whipped up a feast of greatness with donuts, oranges, and juice boxes straight from Wally World. Who needs a five-star meal when you've got that winning combo?
Driving through Idaho, the Great Potato State, was a blast (and all of 20 minutes), but Wyoming stole the show. Our very own Sneezy's Ella and Katherine proudly marked our map with two shiny stickers to commemorate this leg of our journey!
After a quick afternoon stop in Jackson Hole, filled with T-shirt shopping and a small taste of cowboy culture that is to come (make sure you rodeo fans tune in tomorrow). Once our shopping spree was over a full haul was in order and it sure didn't disappoint. A ton us us chose to grab a bite to eat pizza while others chowed down on our beloved cows (burgers). (Foreshadowing the event of Reed and cows to come later down the road).
After the Grand Tetons, we scurried over to Yellowstone – our second national park of the day. We rolled up just in the nick of time. We went to the gift shops and had some ice cream! A lot of us tried the huckleberry flavor, something famous in the west! We got the geyser just in time to catch Old Faithful doing its thing at 5:33 PM. Talk about perfect timing!
Our adventure didn't stop there. We hopped back in the bus and cruised over to the Painted Pots. As we arrived, we were greeted by none other than the world-renowned geyseroligist, MC And let's not forget the distinctive aroma of rotten eggs wafting through the air (nope, not Caleb this time!).
Miss Mary filled us in on all of the information geysers were putting on quite a show, painting the landscape in vibrant colors. Our cameras were clicking away, capturing every bubbling moment!
We're sure nobody is shocked but Grant just pulled off another epic surprise! He led us to the LITTLE GRAND CANYON, and let's just say his idea of a "4-mile hike" turned out to be a leisurely 20-foot stroll to the peak. Classic Grant, always keeping us on our toes!
From that vantage point, we were treated to a jaw-dropping view of a stunning blue waterfall. Nature's beauty at its finest – and all with minimal effort, thanks to Grant's insider knowledge.
Back on the bus, we cruised through the stunning Wyoming backroads, and boy, did we hit the wildlife jackpot! We spotted a baby wolf (cue the collective "awws"), majestic elk, and even some bison chilling by the roadside. It was like a real-life safari right here in the Wild West!
And now, drumroll please, we're en route to Cody, Wyoming – the rodeo capital of the world! Saddle up, because this adventure just keeps getting better. Who's ready to cowboy up and catch some rodeo action? Yee-haw!
